KLOW extends the Glow formulation with KPV, the C-terminal tripeptide (residues 11-13) of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone. GHK-Cu is studied for copper delivery and extracellular matrix remodeling, BPC-157 for angiogenic and cytoprotective signaling, and TB-500 for actin sequestration and cell migration; KPV adds a line of work on NF-κB pathway inhibition in epithelial models. Each vial holds 50mg GHK-Cu, 10mg BPC-157, 10mg TB-500 and 10mg KPV. Co-formulation is a handling convenience; each compound's evidence base stands on its own.

Storage
Store lyophilized powder at -20°C protected from light. Copper-containing peptides are light-sensitive — keep vials in the carton. Reconstituted solution stable at 2-8°C for up to 30 days.
Reconstitution
Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water directed down the vial wall. Swirl gently; the solution takes on a characteristic blue tint from the copper complex.
