Shipping policy

Where we ship

United States only. We do not ship internationally, and we do not forward to freight forwarders or reshippers. Orders to addresses outside our shipping scope are cancelled and refunded in full.

Processing and dispatch

Orders dispatch within 1 business day of cleared payment. Orders that clear after 2:00 pm Eastern, on weekends, or on public holidays dispatch the next business day. Orders paid by Zelle, Venmo, or another manual method do not enter the dispatch queue until the payment has actually landed and been confirmed — the clock starts at confirmation, not at checkout.

Tracking

A tracking number is issued by email when the parcel is handed to the carrier. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement. If your tracking has not updated in three business days, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier.

Packaging and handling

Material ships as lyophilized powder in sealed glass vials with a crimp seal, packed to protect against impact. Lyophilized peptide is stable at ambient temperature for a normal transit window, so cold packing is not what makes it arrive intact — we include it anyway, as margin against the outlier: a parcel left in a hot vehicle, or a summer shipment that sits longer than it should. Store on arrival per the storage guidance on each product page.

Delivery exceptions

• Lost in transit. If the carrier confirms a parcel as lost, we reship at our cost or refund in full, your choice.
• Marked delivered but not received.Contact us within 7 days. We will open a carrier investigation. Outcomes depend on the carrier’s findings.
• Damaged on arrival. Photograph the outer box and the vials before discarding anything and contact us within 7 days.
• Incorrect address.Address accuracy is the buyer’s responsibility. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable can be reshipped once the reshipping cost is paid.
• Lost or undeliverable in transit. If tracking stops and the carrier cannot complete delivery, contact us within 30 days of the ship date. We reship the order once at our cost.
