Terms of sale

These terms govern every purchase from Lyra Vital LLC, trading as Lyra Vital (“we”, “us”), through lyravital.com. Placing an order means you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not order.

1. Research use only

All products sold on this website are intended for research and identification purposes only. These products are not intended for human dosing, injection, or ingestion.

Every product sold here is a research chemical supplied strictly for laboratory research by qualified persons. Nothing we supply is a drug, dietary supplement, food, cosmetic, or medical device. Nothing we supply has been evaluated or approved by the Food and Drug Administration for any use. We make no claim, express or implied, that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, mitigates, or prevents any disease or condition, or that it produces any effect in a human or animal body.

2. Buyer representations

By placing an order you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are acquiring these materials solely for legitimate laboratory research, and not for human or veterinary administration.
• You are qualified and equipped to handle, store, and dispose of research chemicals safely, and you accept full responsibility for doing so.
• You will not resell, relabel, repackage, or distribute the material for human consumption, and you will not represent it as fit for any such use.
• You will comply with all laws applicable to your possession and use of the material in your jurisdiction.

These representations are a material condition of sale. We may refuse or cancel any order, at our discretion, where we believe the material is intended for human use or for any unlawful purpose.

3. Eligibility and jurisdiction

We sell and ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally and do not deliver to freight forwarders or reshippers. You are responsible for confirming that you may lawfully receive these materials at your address. Orders that cannot lawfully be fulfilled are cancelled and refunded in full.

4. Pricing, orders, and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown at checkout. Every order total is recalculated on our servers from the published catalogue, and a submitted order is an offer that we may accept or decline. Where payment is made by a manual method, the order is held and is not accepted, and no stock is committed, until we confirm the funds have actually been received.

5. Certificates of analysis

We publish the independent certificate of analysis for the batch we ship, identified by the batch code printed on the vial. Certificates are issued by a third-party laboratory and carry a verification key you can check directly with that laboratory. We do not hold certificates back pending request. Analytical results describe the material tested and are not a representation of suitability for any purpose. See certificates of analysis.

6. Shipping, title, and risk

Delivery timescales and exceptions are set out in our shipping policy, which forms part of these terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the address you supply. Address accuracy is your responsibility.

7. Returns and refunds

Our refund and return policy forms part of these terms and sets out the purity guarantee, the return window for unopened material, and how refunds are issued. Opened vials cannot be returned, for contamination and chain-of-custody reasons.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Except for the purity guarantee expressly stated in our refund policy, the material is supplied “as is” and we disclaim all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No advice or information obtained from us creates any warranty not expressly stated here.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profit, data, or business, however arising. We are not liable for any consequence of material being administered to a human or animal, which is a use expressly prohibited by these terms and outside the scope of supply.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Lyra Vital LLC harmless against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these terms, your handling or use of the material, or your misrepresentation of its intended use.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date you place your order.
