The purity guarantee

Where we publish a certificate of analysis for a batch, that certificate is the standard we are held to. If independent third-party testing of an unopened vial from your order returns a purity below the figure on the published certificate for that batch, we refund the order in full or replace it, your choice. Send us the lab report and the batch number.

Testing is by HPLC and mass spectrometry at an independent laboratory, and the certificate is verifiable at that laboratory rather than only here. Batches we do not yet hold a certificate for are marked as such on the product page and are not covered by this guarantee.

Unopened material

Unopened, unused vials with the crimp seal intact may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund less return shipping. Contact us first for a return authorization — unauthorized returns cannot be matched to an order and cannot be refunded.

Opened material

Once a vial’s seal is broken it cannot be returned or resold. This is a contamination and chain-of-custody limit, not a commercial one: we cannot verify the handling or storage of material that has left our control. Opened vials are covered only by the purity guarantee above and the damage and error terms below.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

If a vial arrives broken, if you receive the wrong compound or strength, or if an item is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the parcel and its contents. We replace or refund at our cost, including shipping. Do not discard the packaging until the claim is resolved.

Cancellations

An order can be cancelled for a full refund any time before it is dispatched. Once a tracking number is issued the order is in transit and the return terms above apply.

How refunds are issued

Refunds are returned by the method used to pay. Crypto payments are refunded in the same asset to the wallet address you nominate, at the amount originally received. Manual payments are returned to the account they were sent from. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of approval; how quickly the funds appear depends on your bank or network.

Before you dispute

Contact us first. Nearly every problem — a delayed parcel, a carrier exception, a purity question — is resolved faster directly than through a dispute, and we would rather fix it than fight it. We answer every message.
