Lyra Vital LLC, trading as Lyra Vital, operates lyravital.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what control you have over it.

What we collect

• Order information — name, shipping address, email address, and phone number where you provide one. We need this to fulfil and ship your order.
• Payment information — we do not collect or store card numbers. Manual payments (Zelle, Venmo) settle inside those apps and we see only that a payment referencing your order code arrived. Cryptocurrency payments are handled by our payment provider and we retain the transaction reference, not your wallet credentials.
• Attestation records — the research-use and age confirmations you give at checkout, retained as a record of the conditions of sale.
• Technical data — standard server logs, and a first-party cookie recording a referral code if you arrive through an affiliate link.

We do not collect health information and we do not ask what you intend to study. Please do not send us medical details; we have no use for them and do not want them on file.

How we use it

To process and ship orders, to answer your messages, to meet record keeping obligations, to detect fraud, and — only where you have asked for it or bought from us — to send email about products and offers. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with data brokers or advertising networks.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the business: our shipping carrier, our email provider, our payment processor, and our hosting provider. Each receives the minimum needed to do its job and may not use it for anything else. We may disclose information where required by law or valid legal process.

Marketing email

Marketing email goes only to people who asked for it or who have purchased from us. Every marketing message carries a working unsubscribe link and our physical postal address, and unsubscribing takes effect across all marketing mail. Transactional messages about an order you placed are not marketing and will still be sent.

Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies: your cart, your age confirmation, and an affiliate referral code with a 60-day life if you arrived through a partner link. You can clear or block them in your browser, though the cart will stop working if you do.

Retention

Order and attestation records are kept as long as needed for tax, accounting, and product-traceability purposes, then deleted. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may have further rights, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell or share it in the first place. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Security

The site is served over TLS and order records sit on access-controlled systems. No system is perfectly secure and we will not claim otherwise; we hold as little personal information as possible, which is the most effective protection available.

Children

This site is restricted to persons 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The version in force is the one published here, dated above. See also our terms of sale.
