KLOW Blend vs Wolverine Blend
Tissue Repair
KLOW Blend
Four-compound co-formulation: the Glow trio of GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500, plus the α-MSH-derived tripeptide KPV, studied together in tissue-remodeling and inflammatory-signaling contexts.
Tissue Repair
Wolverine Blend
Co-formulated pentadecapeptide and thymosin beta-4, the two most frequently co-administered compounds in tissue-repair literature, supplied in a single vial.

Mechanism
KLOW Blend
KLOW extends the Glow formulation with KPV, the C-terminal tripeptide (residues 11-13) of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone. GHK-Cu is studied for copper delivery and extracellular matrix remodeling, BPC-157 for angiogenic and cytoprotective signaling, and TB-500 for actin sequestration and cell migration; KPV adds a line of work on NF-κB pathway inhibition in epithelial models. Each vial holds 50mg GHK-Cu, 10mg BPC-157, 10mg TB-500 and 10mg KPV. Co-formulation is a handling convenience; each compound's evidence base stands on its own.
Wolverine Blend
This blend combines BPC-157, a synthetic pentadecapeptide derived from a gastric juice protein, with TB-500, synthetic full-length thymosin beta-4. The two are the most frequently co-administered pair in the repair literature because they act through entirely different mechanisms: BPC-157 is studied for angiogenic signaling and cytoprotection, while TB-500 is studied for actin sequestration and cell migration. Co-formulation removes a reconstitution step; it is not a claim of synergy, and the underlying evidence for each compound remains separate.

Common questions
What is the difference between KLOW Blend and Wolverine Blend?
KLOW Blend is four-compound co-formulation: the Glow trio of GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500, plus the α-MSH-derived tripeptide KPV, studied together in tissue-remodeling and inflammatory-signaling contexts. Wolverine Blend is co-formulated pentadecapeptide and thymosin beta-4, the two most frequently co-administered compounds in tissue-repair literature, supplied in a single vial. They differ in molecular weight (400.9 vs 1419.53 g/mol) and in the pathways they are studied against.
Which is more cost-effective per milligram, KLOW Blend or Wolverine Blend?
KLOW Blend is lower at approximately $1.55 per milligram at its best tier, against $6.90 for the other. Cost per milligram is only meaningful relative to the concentrations a given protocol requires, since these compounds are not used at comparable masses.
Can KLOW Blend and Wolverine Blend be studied together?
Combination designs appear in the published literature for a number of these compounds. Whether it is appropriate for a given protocol depends entirely on the model and endpoint. We supply research compounds and do not provide protocol guidance — consult the primary literature for your specific model.
How should KLOW Blend and Wolverine Blend be stored?
Store lyophilized powder at -20°C protected from light. Copper-containing peptides are light-sensitive — keep vials in the carton. Reconstituted solution stable at 2-8°C for up to 30 days. For Wolverine Blend: Store lyophilized powder at -20°C protected from light. Reconstituted solution stable at 2-8°C for up to 30 days.
